Singups low lately?
 

Has anyone noticed a serious decrease in signups (for all sponsors, just in general) lately? Or does God not love me anymore?

Mine are way up. Have you tried Adult Platinum yet?

This is a recent change though, don't tell me people just discovered KazAA yesterday, and suddenly all of them?

same problem here,last 2 days were pretty bad...it happens one in a while within a month period to see a great decrease....hopefully today things will be back to normal...i guess! :)

well, it builds up. the slowdown you are experiencing right now may be a bit abnormal, although who knows how and when the big slowdown is going to play out. however, free movie content is what's going to ruin this industry - people have been in member areas before, they know most of them are shitty, and they know they can get similar quality on the movie posts and kazaa for free. you figure out the rest.

Sign ups always go up and down when the weather is nice in the Northeast. Also dont forget its football season too.

How much bandwidth would one eat up hosting a single movie gallery? Say 8 1mb clips?

The first three weeks of September beat the shit out of July AND August ... been kinda sucky the last few days, though.

Look at the calendar, end of the month. People are waiting for their pay checks.

But our sales are still strong so it cannot be too wide spread.

About 10-20 mbs but depends how much traffic you get

We had a huge pickup a few weeks ago. The last couple of weeks have been pretty slow, though. Not weak weak, but could be better.

I think you people make way too big of a deal over having a drop in sales for a couple of days. The internet will always fluctuate, look at your sales on a 15 or 30 day average, much less stressful and way more accurate.

We've been doing well but then again we just rolled out a big kazaa campaign.
