The Offline Blues
 

Today is the first time I have been online in 5 days. That's almost a record for me. About 2 years ago, Comcast had me offline for 6 days.

I moved over the weekend and it was a rough move. Everything that could go wrong - did.

Anyhow, I'm still getting my new place all set up here. The area that I moved to, here in South Jersey, isn't as nice as I thought it was going to be when I first decided to take the place. I'll put it this way, if I decide to take up smoking crack, i'm in the right place.

At least I have a cool neighbor, I'm using his laptop right now. He's got this 'AirCard' that uses cellphone towers for the Internet connection. I've got to get myself one of these babies!

I've got to start looking for a way up to Nina's party on Friday. I'm not gonna drive, but I don't really feel like taking the bus or the train up there either. I'll be up there one way or another.

I've got the cable guy coming out tomorrow, then I'll be back in business.

I know! I'm on all these websites right now, trying to figure out how I'm gonna go. I think I'll just call up LocalG in a little bit and hit him up for a ride.

I just moved last week and I was on a 6 day waiting list to get cable modem service. I was on dialup until an hour ago. Fucking drove me crazy.
