Ok, I have a faily large-ish project (heavy database drive / media type site) and I have an RFP that I'm only sending out to a few companies.

- must have excellent knowledge of adobe flash/flex
- AJAX (dhtml, javascript, etc)
- knowledge of EPOCH billing APIs
- knowledge of affiliate tracking software (how they work)
- media database management
