Any serious sales representative from AlphaRed with whom i could talk with ? I used to talk with Michael but he is not working any more there, any other serious representative around ? I'm having troubles with my server and support is not working as it should, i need to talk with someone that can solve this ....

An hour now with my server down, support just told me they are aware of the problem and are keeping me in the dark, they are not telling me if they are actually working on it or not, for that they described as the problem they should already had fixed it by now but obviously they didn't and i'm not getting any answers back, any AlphaRed representative around ?!?!?!

I had been a client for more than 2 years now, i usually dont ask for support, i fix the issues on my server by my own cause i'm a tech guy too, but this time i'm not being able to ssh to it, so the only few times i need support, always same shit, slow answers, keep me in the dark, take 1 hour to fix something that should take 5 minutes ....

So, if any alphared representative contacts me in the following 5 minutes, i'm open to hear other hosting companies quotes for 100MBPS dedicated servers .... Thanks a lot!
