I just used Skype to call and cancel my Vonage
 

They asked why I wanted to cancel, I told them flat out that they suck and that I was calling on Skype right then because my Vonage line wouldn't even connect.

The guy laughed and said he also uses Skype. :1orglaugh :thumbsup

I have never really had an issue with Vonage.

I like Vonage. Works great here.
