What of this two options converts better ???

Both. People with shity computer and/or internet connections like the pics because vids take too long, but people with better shit like the vids.

Just my opinion. Jacking off to pics has been tough since I graduated highschool. I need action to get my juices flowin.

I'd say they're about the same...

Did you guys factor in the cost of hosting?
