OK this is so rare an event for me to just call someone out like this.

Josh Winters and Webstream, you are just plain dirty spammers.

How stable a billing company are you to have to resort to spam?

Do you think anyone with half a brain would trust a billing company that positions itself so precariously on the CAN-SPAM that you don't even know if your rebills are safe?

What happens to a merchant's income if your equipment is confiscated as evidence for a CAN-SPAM violation?

Do your sales confirmations get through to the customers or do the ISP's filter you out because you are SPAMMERS?

funny - i dumped them after some weeks of negotiations they suddenly insisted on a $99 per transaction maximum. which made them worthless to me
