I witnessed an accident and have spent hours in the police station. Now I have been sumonsed to meet the judge in the case.

They also say I cant leave the Islands until the case goes to trial.... :mad:

I was the only one who saw that the one claiming to be the driver was in fact the passenger. It seems the defense is questioning if I was mistaken because I am from the UK and have right hand drive cars and not left hand drive as they do here.

Any good deed that involves assisting law enforcement usually results in regret. Sad but true.

I would probably have let them get away with it but it was a kid involved.
