I've been trying to get a server from you guys for about a week. I can't get anyone to answer my questions. Nobody on the live chat knows any technical details. They tell me to open a ticket which never gets replied to. The fact that I can't get a response makes me wonder if any support issues that might arise will ever get taken care of.

yuu you should really talk to TechieMedia, they have that $75.00 intro server offer in their above post here. Also I can tell you from personal experience they fucken Rock. Their Tech support and customer support is awesome, like 2-5 mins for a response from a qualified person, not some outsourced idiot that doesnt help you. I've never received any emails from Babaganoosh as far as I know. Live chat is support mainly. They will not be able to answer any of your sales related technical questions since they do not know the specifics of what is being offered and when.

For what it's worth, they replied to me. I understand getting behind in your replies. I get too busy to reply to people as quickly as I should too. I have spoken with a rep several times and decided to get a server with them. I am fairly confident in pacific rack's support now.
