companies in the future will meet in the boardroom to work out the details of a 3 company complex a-b-c matrix link trade deals... just like past companies met to hammer out million dollar factory orders.

!!! cam sites. if you can't deliver the surfer to a live niche girl.. forget it. traditional membership sites dies with dialup. sorry. live niche is king now !!!

blogs will always be a popular attraction, but once you get the unique... see above!

tube sites show branded movies. you will hire a company to make them. that is where your former content budget is going to go. the brand get's the unique to your site, then see the cam statement 2 spots above ( !!! )

The next big industry will be live performers.. tons of them in all niches... start building that stable... the biggest, gets all the traffic.. static,stale sites like AFF will fade out to live right now niche webcam models.

don't forget that many of us are getting smarter. that will affect the future of the industry more than you think. We will not starve.

what do you mean by live "niche girl" ?

yeah doesn't aff have live nude girls with big tits if I want that? seems pretty straight forward to me.. how is your prediction different? thanks for the post though its a good read.. I've been hearing similar things.. doing due diligence in getting into the big tits niche more and want to create the right site(s)/services.. 11 yrs and a few big mistakes, I've gotta be sure this time.

Hey I have no standards for design...just busting your balls a little. If you can make money off of that page then more power to ya. I just keep reading these prediction threads today and I have to question just how much experience and/or knowledge is behind the people posting. My personal experience is that my stuff grows exponentially every year. But then...I bust my ass on it. Some of the people here have their shit set to "autopilot" and let scripts do all the work and then wonder why they see no growth in the "industry". I am seeing growth. This year is better than last, which is better than the one before that. And so on for the last 10 years or so. And the first year was pretty damn good! Everyone that I know in this biz that was around in the beginning is still here and still making more money than ever.
My belief is that it's not so much that REAL tgps are going to ever have any problems. I know I sure haven't. But yeah, the FAKE ones that are done by scripts and circle jerks...they should have never existed anyway. Good riddance to them.
And it will be the same with blogs.
REAL blogs that are actually written by a person with attention to detail will make money. The ones that are just rss whores are gonna suck.
It's quality that counts.

The traffic on the biggest TGP sites is going down really fast, some of them are down almost 50% from the tops (WorldSex, AL4a, Sleazydream) of two years ago, 25% for the TheHun.
I watch it regulary on Sextracker, since I advertise on some of these sites.
I am sure that with such fast decrease, there will be less and less advertises able to paid same prices for half and less of the traffic, which we got two years ago.
How some of these TGPs, which makes money from their own galleries/FHGs/text links, could raise their income, while their traffic has decreased by half in two years? :2 cents:

Hey yo, teomaxxx.. in 2000 we had the number one site in the world with AL4A. We were getting around 600,000 uniques a day according to sextracker. (which in case you don't know about sextracker stats...well I'll just leave that be) The Hun was #2 at around 575,000
Today The Hun gets MILLIONS of uniques. AL4A which now belongs to Pierre gets about a million....about the same as when it was sold to him.
The Hun made TONS of money with 575,000 uniques. We got rich off of 600,000 uniques.
Do I think they are in trouble with MILLIONS of uniques now?
Not really.
Do I think those sites are in a "decline" Maybe. But you won't see either one be anything but VERY profitable for as long as they choose to be.
But you don't have to believe what I'm telling you. Just think what you will. I was there. I am still here. And I know what I'm talking about...not just making guesses based on traffic numbers that may or may not be correct and/or alexa rankings that don't mean a lot.
What do I mean by that? Well, I always see people comparing how "small" The Hun is to a torrent site according to Alexa.
Well, Alexa is right. But the p. bay isn't JUST porn. Matter of fact, porn is a small part of it's traffic. Most freeloading losers go there to download Hollywood movies, music, software, etc.
So yeah. There are more people in this world who are interested in EVERYTHING rather than just porn.
Plus, it you look at an Alexa ranking from 5 years ago and see all or our sites PLUMMETTING down...again that is a mirage.
5 years ago there weren't as many sites as there are now. Nor as many surfers.
If you had a million uniques 5 years ago your ranking would have been pretty high. But NOW you still have those same million your ranking is MUCH lower.
It's not the amount of surfers you still have...but the amount of sites that have MORE.
And of course MYSPACE for instance didn't exist back then. So it bumped you down. YOUTUBE wasn't there so it bumped you down. The torrent sites with movies, software, porn, music....didn't exist so they bump you down.
But it doesn't mean that you are losing your market in the porn biz.
