VBulletin - how do I embed?

I need a plugin or mod that will allow me to embed video from video sites like dailymotion and youtube and other sites.

Also anyone know how I can play an flv file thats on my server in a thread?

you'll probably need ffmpeg installed on your server. contact your host for that.
