What The Fuck Is This From Godaddy??
 

Just got this in my email about my Godaddy account.. Notice their phone # below I called it, its a Fax Machine.

This customer account has been locked. The payment method used has been suspended from further use in our system. All charges made to this payment method were refunded and all products were canceled. The refund should be posted back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days (or up to 10 days for international accounts).

This action was taken for one or more of the following reasons:
+ The billing information provided to us at the time of purchase does not match the billing information on record.
+ The billing information provided appears to be incomplete or invalid.
+ It appears that someone other than the authorized payment method account holder may have made the purchase using a computer from outside of the listed billing locale.
+ We were unable to verify purchase authorization with the listed payment method account holder.

If you would like to request reinstatement of your order, please email our Fraud Department at [email protected]. Upon receipt of your inquiry, we will request the payment method account holder to provide the correct billing information as well as a viewable copy of his/her government-issued valid photo identification, such as a driver's license or passport.

what is your theory as to what triggered it?

so if you bought domains, they cancelled those purchases like a week later? Did you develop anything on them in the meantime? What a headache.

Have no ideal, I thought it may have been phising, yeah I got shitload of stuf on one domain, the other ones nothing.. I used my own CC, everything. The domins are still working, no problems.. yet

Anywhoo... goto godaddy.com then support link and call.... I have to do it from time to time...

Hmmm.. never heard of anything like that before.

Fuck GoDaddy, just too much hassle .. I recently started using namecheap, works like a charm.
Also going to give Moniker a try, I heard positive about them too.
