you never know what happened prior to this video, so its hard to fully make a judgement on it, but i'll fully admit this doesn't look very good. not exactly a big killer dog or anything. so it' shard to imagine he attacked anyone. and who knows, maybe it wa shit by a car and he was just doing his best to put it out of it's misery. ut then again, i'd hardly consider getting bludgeoned to death a much better way to go either...

It looked like it couldn't walk. Maybe it was a stray or diseased, or hit by a car. Hard to tell from the video. Thankfully it died quickly after being hit.
