The series are a bit BS ...

On Monday, November 19, 2007 the Red Hot Chili Peppers filed court documents alleging that the show inappropriately capitalizes off the band's 1999 album and single of the same name. The lawsuit claims the term is "inherently distinctive, famous and ... is widely recognized" as being associated with the band.

I always wondered why the show didn't just use the chili peppers tune as the intro.

Now that they're being sued they must feel like idiots for not cutting them in.
