With the current decrease in real estate value in USA, what would be a good place to buy a condo near a beach where we can surf all year round, find hot women and also enjoy a great nightlife? :winkwink:

Forgot buying for a year or more - 2008 is going to be a shit year for real estate, but prob then there will be real prices - tho don't expect to see jumps in values. There is already over a years worth of "home stock" unsold - and prob two years worth before it hits bottom.
