Thanks Webair!

So I was going through all my old emails to determine the amount of bandwidth I had allocated to my server (before realizing it said so in the control panel) and it really hit me how much Webair helped me out...and I never formally showed my appreciation.

After years of using the cheapest servers I could find and utterly being disappointed and stressed and consequently losing a lot of money to downtimes, I purchased a dedicated server with Webair in 2005 when the huricane was hitting my data center in Port Arthur TX. The Webair techs stayed on call, pinging my old server constantly, so that they could transfer whatever they could when (if) the server came back on (it didn't). Ultimately, I sent them a hard drive with all my content, and they installed with immediately and never charged me a dime for the extra effort. Furthermore, they pretty much held my hand while I became acclimated to the new server and its setup (they did most of the work, but there were some settings only I knew how I had them, since they couldn't access the old server).

Since then, I haven't had any problems with them, and they've always been there when I needed something. The ironic thing is I'm really not paying anymore than I did with the other servers, but I'm faster and have a LOT more peace of mind. I used to have server problems monthly with my old providers, but I'm running on 2 years with Webair now, and I can't recall a single major issue.

So although it's late coming, let me publicly say: Thank you, Webair, and may you guys have a fantastic holiday season!

Logan

P.S. Also thank you, Digifan, for recommending them to me. :)
