Apparently i'm the latest winner of their 'let's piss off random users' contest!!!
I got an exclusive, customized log in welcome message that goes like this: "For security purposes your Account has been placed in a temporary fund protection mode. For more information and further instructions please contact our Account Holder Services Department at your earliest convenience. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause." In addition, i got a completely NULL response from their customer support, i'm into bdsm,so i'm thrilled, almost about to reach orgasm. Rent is due this week and i'll won't be able to pay, so i got an extra adrenaline rush too... Thanks epassporte, above all, this reminded me how sad was life before you, i'll have to rely on western union, checks, banks or whatever archaic money transfer method there was before you (at least until i get my account back) now i've learned how i really appreciate your service, thank you!!!! |

looks like you need to go through the verification process. Something they should do with everyone from the start. If you have epassporte already and haven't gone through the verification process you should try to do it voluntarily so you don't run into a problem where you're account is on lockdown later on.
Also don't ever change any of your profile info (address, phone number, etc) unless you are prepared to go through the verification process. |
