how to buy a domain with no contact?
 

hey,

i want to make an offer on a domain thats already taken, i've looked up on whois and the details are no good, does anyone know the best way of getting the details of the owner so i can make an offer?

i emailed the address in the whois and get an undeliverable back.

Better try to make them an offer, maybe they'll sell it and you'll get it the easier way. Reporting them may not be the best idea as they could easily focuse on taking better care of it if they see there's interest for it.

Read the thread.. there is no way to contact the owner..

What is the domain?

If they are not updating their info and the site is not being used then it may be abandoned. I would purchase a back order and grab it when their time is up. If they renew then they must want to keep it or just don't want to be contacted.

Tell the registrar that everything is fake... If the registrar does not do shit report them to ICANN.
Once the domain is available then just bid on it with the rest of us.
