Just like I said.... there could be more Led Zepp showdates on the horizon

"LONDON -- Jimmy Page hopes that Led Zeppelin's long-awaited reunion concert will lead to more. Maybe, says John Paul Jones. Robert Plant isn't talking.

Looking ahead to their London concert on Dec. 10, two members of the group spoke cautiously about further ventures in interviews with Q magazine.

"I must say that after our initial get-together it was so exhilarating and fun that I did feel I would like to do more," the mag quoted Page as saying.

Jones said he had no idea whether more concerts would follow. "I guess the door has been left slightly ajar. We'll have to see how we feel about it afterwards," Jones said.

So many others gave me the "no way" "Never happen", "you're crazy" when I said it back in the summer. I just couldn't see them going through all the rigorous preparations and rehearsing only to do one lone concert. Plus the fact that they'll likely have so much fun doing that one show that the lure of the reconnecting with the road one last time will tug at their senses hard.

I definitely smell world tour.

Its not about that. Planning means nothing when you are working with rock stars of that level. Care about other people, they do not. :1orglaugh

All it takes is one of them to have a couple extra drinks one night and get pissy, the whole thing will go to shit. And that's if the old fuckers can keep from getting "injured." They lived it and rocked so hard, they really can't ever get that back at their age. Plus, for the most part, the only reason old rockers to on tour is when they need the money (see Van Halen). Zepplin isn't hurting for change, that is for sure.

Best pick up their live dvd, and crank it up on a big screen tv. Probably cheaper to invest in than front row seats at a show, including the price of the tv.

So you're choosing to remain in the "nay" crowd then I take it? :D

According to Ian Astbury they will be, but I bet it's without him for being a blabbermouth.
