I just watched Zeitgeist Movie. http://www.zeitgeistmovie.com

Their position is backed by factual, documented evidence.

Part 1 debunks the myth of Christ.

Part 2 is about the Federal Reserve Banking System

Part 3 is about 9/11 & debunking the "official version" and goes on about the North American Union & the "RFID" threat.

What do you think of it? Do you agree with them? Why?

Do you think it's hogwash? Why?

was an interesting watch ....

I liked a lot the perspective on Christ ... a lot of info there.

It wasn't no "Deep Throat"...

it is NOT all backed up by facts... although a lot is... its an eye opening movie if nothing else....


The FRB is the only thing id say you can take to heart there.... the 9/11 well we all know that story and no one knows what truly happened amongst the conspiracy...

the jesus thing... thats... well thats the part that im sure takes the most ridicule and what not...

I looked up some stuff after watching this, suych as horus... the first predated replicated diety...

thats the stuff Iw ant to know if its "true" or not...



other than that, theres aquite a few fabrications that can not be backed up...





so tell me.... how do YOU know its all factually backed up?


did you stop in intervals and study up on what youre watching? or just shake your head and go yep mmmmhmmmm

It is *definitely* a perspective that is worthwhile to be exposed to.

The thing with getting into stuff like this is you have to take most of their "factual" information with a grain of salt. That's not saying they aren't justified in their claims, or that there isn't factual backing for it. There is in many instances. I watched it, and I was impressed.

I'd briefly read up on the sun worship theories before, and this was a pretty good summary for anyone who hadn't been exposed to them before. It sure is something to think about.

As for the 9/11 stuff, it didn't bring anything new to the table as far a 9/11 conspiracies go. This dead horse has been beaten to a pulp.

The part I found the most interesting was the section on the federal reserve bank. This was mostly stuff I hadn't heard or considered myself. Very interesting, and I've been meaning to head to the bookstore to pick up some more in depth reading on the subject of international banking.

I'd say it's a good watch for anyone who hasn't seen it, but I wouldn't run around toting it as the end all be all of conspiracy documentaries...

The Fed part is well known, and there's been many documentaries that are not only dedicated to this topic, but also predate zeitgeist.

Part 3...not sure, but at least their take on what happened is calling out the official report and getting experts involved as opposed to some illogical kid with a sinus infection and adobe premier cutting a bunch of bullshit together and calling it fact.

As for Part 1...Well put together and it's not just debunking christ! It's incorporating several.

My religion is Physics, because it's the only laws I truly have to live by.

GFY: The place where everyone watches the Zeitgeist movie, one at a time, then comes back here to make a thread about it.

In most cases I really disagree with you, but this time you're bang on. Zeitgeist is a good documentary and sparks debates I really enjoy. But I have stated my opinion so many times i can't repeat myself anymore. :upsidedow
