I've been in the adult biz for 3 years now, and 6 years total in Online Marketing.

Although I started a mainstream outsourcing business, I can't help myself going on GFY and reading all the shit adult webmasters post. I really miss the adult biz and want to get back into it.

I've built several adult programs from scratch and have wide experience with different marketing paths in the adult business.

if youre interested in a % salary yes. Once someone gets on salary they get very lazy. If you get a % of sales it keeps u on your toes. More I make the more u make.

I know what you mean,

I'm comfortable with a base + commission salary, where the commission is the main part of it.

If you're talking about commission only, then I'm better off starting my own thing, aren't I?

yeah, those are called webmasters
no sponsor has enough of those.
