all of the above makes mashups.com a worthy investment, although I personally would haggle this one.

I think I'd rather pay 150k for sexy ladies.com than blow 75k on that.

Again the domain will be best realized in a development situation.

You can go the software and app mashups route like google maps and craigslist www.housingmaps.com

or you can go the music route like www.mashuptown.com

while I'll gladly give a positive, objective opinion and a bump to your thread, I don't have $75,000 and so I won't be developing anything on it. but thanks anyway.
