Maybe I won't sell it, but that will ultimately be my choice. I primarily wanted to get an industry response so I could get a feel for the value....and along the way came some very nice offers...and while your offer was a little below par, it was indeed appreciated.

And your grandfather is right - but there is always someone out there that wants what someone else has.....but how would you know unless you put it out for them to find it :)
