Hi. I've set price at sedo to 5000$ for htmlearn.com, but minimum offer is set to 1000$.

I have buyer that have e-mailed me today asking for the price. What price should I ask for such domain. It's brand new so no age, PR, etc. that have value for google. But the name is really good. Please don't write 5$ or that I should ask namecheap for refund that they have registered such stupid domain :D

If you can get over $1k for a vaguely-english named site with no PR, go for it.
