Watching this from Panama has been interesting, 1500 Venezuelans a day have been landing here with few catching their return flights. I think Chavez has several more years in office to achieve his goals of staying in office. Worst case he can so a Putin and move from the soapbox into the role of pulling the strings. Despite the current constitution stating clearly that once a constitutional reform has been defeated it cannot be presented again during the same presidential period.

By the way, even though he boasts we have the most advanced electoral system in the world, we still dont have the final election results. We still dont know if his defeat was by such a narrow margin.
