not much these days. a few years ago it was good place to get new clients. now seems to be mostly surfers and angry uninformed people, and the usual post whores of course.

its fun place to meet strange people

Its pretty important to me,I meet a lot of contacts via gfy .:)

it replaces the water cooler for me.

I've generated new business from GFY every month for years.

Even with all the new sufmasters and idiots that have cropped up over the past couple years - there's still a lot of business to be done.

Surfing and posting on GFY is like panning for gold. If you want to make new contacts and generate new business you have to sift through some fuckin' muddy waters to find the valuable nuggets.

I hardly make anything in the way of announcement. But I do find new programs, feeds, content, tools and more here on the board.

I find it a great resource for contacts and business deals.

I've had 3 nic's I've lost passwords for here since 2002, and still wonder to this post why I bother stopping by at all. Lately it just feels like clueless noob heaven.

Then I read some of the funniest ass shit I've ever seen, or see some hot program that fits my network I've not tried and so forth, and realise why I still keep coming back,

Lately though it has gone downhill in a major fashion.

Found some good people here and people found me, so I can't complain.

Seems to be working, but mostly a time waster.. speaking of which, I need to get back to work... :)
