OK here's the deal, we are fed up with dealing with agencies that dont do what they say they are going to do, too many cancelled bookings because the girls too sore! or she arrives on her period! or some other shit.:helpme

So we are paying a $200.00 for anyone who can refer new talent to us. They must be brand new, 18-24 years old ( female ) and be in LA or San Diego areas or within 100 miles. The models get paid from $500 for solo to $900+ for B/G at the end of each days shoot.

We are also starting our own management company in San Diego for local models who want work xxxgigs.com ( opens soon ) (flaky girls need not apply)

There was a time when we used to fly them into San Diego from all over the world, but even this started to go bad when so many models flaked. Its the main reason we stopped using online forums to recruit and turned to Agencies
We still use a few good Agencies in LA, but even they are not immune to the deadly Flakey Model Syndrome !!
