Saw him in a bar North of Norcross GA about 6 years ago. He was drinking away his new replacement liver. Talked to him, but he would not sign an autograph. He is probably the only person I would ever ask for an autograph from, so it sucked.

I sure loved his 1972 Windup Motorcycle, it was my best toy ever.
Where would the X Games be without him?

Correction it was not a windup motorcycle, it was a ripcord or pull cord and was red if I remember correctly. That and my ripcord crashup derby cars was my favorite toys.

That one I also had before my ripcord model, however for some reason I did not associate it with windup. That bitch was some serious manual labor where you hand cranked the fucker and then let it rip.

I guess it sort of was a semantics issue in my brain. To me windup means a little knob you twist and then let the thing go.
