Anyone know of a cheap home spinning bike?
 

Due to my back being retarded these past few months, I am in need of working out. I am not looking too bad for a 34 year old woman who hasn't worked out in over 4 years, had the foot problem before that, but being that I am 34 I am in need of a work out and spinning is the best way to do this without hurting my foot and back. I will be swimming too, but I need something with resistance.

So if anyone knows of a good spinning bike that isn't expensive but is good, please let me know. I know nothing about spinning but it appears that the bike and your posture have a lot to do with results.

Any help would be greatly appreciated by my ass and thighs. :thumbsup

I found a lot of spinning workout tapes that you can do at home. I hate going to candy gyms and they are the only ones I see that have spinning classes. I like gyms that stink, are all free weights, and the guys walking around look like that can't wipe their ass. haha That is when I get a kick ass work out.

I will be in Vegas after Dec 7th and I travel up to Sacramento a lot. That would be kick ass. Sorry it took so long to get back, I had to run out for a bit and the snow is coming down like crazy out here.

I would hit your local craigslist daily,you never know someone is selling one cheap to get it out of the house. Also post there looking for one.

Check with the gyms around you. I know the gym I went to in LA were replacing their spinning bikes with new ones and were selling the old ones off for about 300 bucks.

A good quality new one will run you about 1500 bucks

Yeah all the good ones are around $1500 and I am not going to keep this as my formal workout, once I heal up I will go into heavy lifting and dance. But for now spinning and swimming is the safest way to get into shape. $300 isn't bad. Thanks for the info!

i'd sell it for half the price and it is used only 5 times perhaps (i am kinda tall and its just not big enough for me).
