Hey,

half november were starting a live chat with this 18yo girl from Holland. Since we want to earn some $$$ out of US customers as well, were setting up a IBILL section.

Can anyone tell me if its ok to have an 18yo girl perform for a cam both nude and sex ? I know some states have 21+ for sex but does that count for webcam broadcasting as well ?

It has to be legal to view in any and all countries you plan to broadcast it in.

uh i get that but IS it legal to broadcast 18+ sex on a webcam in the USA, since some states have 21+ laws for sex i know...

Possibly the most stupid answer of the day so far? Were that the case the would be no porn on the Internet.
