wanna lose weight? this is how - wine diet [for real]
here's the diet:
5 days, 3 meals 2 hours apart, 4th meal 3 hours after the 3rd meal 1 - one egg + one tomato meal 2 - one green apple meal 3 - one cucumber + 200g fat free cottage cheese meal 4 - 1 glass of wine lost weight - 3 to 5 kgs I'm on day one, lets see if I can make it to day 5 I had no problem quiting smoking, losing weight proved to be 100 times more difficult |
Maybe I'll try it too, I need to lose a few before I put on the standard 5lbs at xmas.

so what is it supposed to accomplish? i see its missing a lot of key nutrients and protein, etc.
is it just a harsh low cal diet? |

Crash "diet". It's not good to loose more than 0,5kg-1kg a week. Let alone 3-5 in 5 days.
