For the rest of the webmasters with brains who do not fall for the dick teasing, you schedule meetings with them. Make sure they are somebodies and not 100% fakes with no traffic at all. Socialize with them, buy some drinks or maybe sponsor a small dinner or two. Your girls can show up at dinner and act and dress proper.

This will usually save you way more money that getting a booth or sponsoring a big party which is frequented by freeloaders and those who will forget who even sponsored it.

Oh one last bonus about bringing your girls, you can also line up and do safe content trades. Safe as in nothing that requires a current std test.
