For all you trying to lose weight....
I've read all the posts about everyone trying to lose weight...do this, do that, take this, don't do this....screw it! All you need to do is stand up once in a while.

for me, the most effective and easiest way to lose weight is discipline. you just need to exercise and don't eat more. no more rice, pork, etc. one more thing is sacrifice. :)
