How much does it take for the support to reply to a business account owner? Never used them before.

I tried contacting them twice. First time I was replied within 48 hrs and second time, 60+ hrs gone no reply yet.

They have real proplr that actually answer the phone in a ring or 2, I've never had any issues at all with them, just dont use them for adult and they are the best online processor.:2 cents:

usually 1-2 days when i used them, not to long ago...

expect some idiot not understanding your questions though. but that's standard with most things nowdays...
