Sen $10,000 in sales to one program in a year
Is that considered a good sized affiliate for a program or still bottom of the barrel?
|
I sent about 40,000.00 to a program and that is considered the bottom of the barrel.

We love nothing more than consistent affiliates like that. With a handful of affiliates who can send consistent sales like you noted, a few whales and other affiliates who send joins here and there, you have the basis for a successful affiliate program.
There really is no bottom of the barrel when you have hard working webmasters showing you any kind of love. |
$10k in sales means 330 joins to us @ $30 per join.
That means less than 1 sale per day (about 6.5 sales a week on average). 1 sale per day is still a LOT better than many trolls. 2c |
If no one else want them, I will take them.

thats a great sized affiliate
|
Nobody is going to not want your traffic, but you're not at or near the level where you can realistically ask for a higher payout or anything like that. :2 cents:

$10,000 / $20ea = 500/yr // 9+/wk $10,000 / 50% affiliate payout = $5,000 $5,000 / 13% processing = $4,350 $4,350 before taxes = apx $12 per day $12 per day = a cheap lunch but hey, nothing better than a free lunch :) |

Expect to buy your own drinks at shows ......
Actually show steady growth and you should be a valued affiliate. . |
I consider myself to be a very small affiliate... and I made over 1100 sales and rebills this year... small potatoes but growing. :)
