CHERRYPIMPS ACQUIRES TRUECASH SITES

Irvine, CA, November 27 -- CherryPimps announced today the acquisition, redesign and relaunch of all paysites from the TrueCash affiliate program, which had been in operation since 1997. Effective immediately, TrueCash will cease to operate as a separate entity and all sites and members have been transferred to CherryPimps.

Any existing TrueCash affiliates who have not received their email notification are asked to visit CherryPimps.com for additional details about the transition, including a special promotional offer available only to former TrueCash affiliates.

Unfortunately yes. We attempted to maintain the existing TrueCash linking structure but it was not possible. Due to the headache we're offering a loyalty incentive for all existing TrueCash affiliates that you can check out HERE.

Do you know how much more of an headache it will be for all of us old timers to change link codes on all the pages that dates back from as far as 10 years?

I absolutely do. But, unfortunately the renovation and acquisition of the sites required the change. We'll do everything we can to make the transition as smooth as possible.

example of why we sometimes can't change codes: if your galleries are listed at FreeOnes, you can't change them afterwards or they'll ban your domain and/or IP

lastly: congrats to all the sponsor programs who have changed their system recently and can keep track of old codes, giving affiliates their cut :thumbsup

just realized I could even do that and I'm bad at scripting: a stupid redirect in htaccess could give affiliates credit
