WARNING - SammySmack.com does not pay their bills
At least not to our Plugins company they don't. ExclusivePlugins.com has been trying to collect around $2000+ from SammySmack.com for over seven months now. The only contact I have been able to make was with one of their employees, who was admittedly very nice in forwarding the statement of monies owed to both Sammy and Brett in the hopes of getting this taken care of. We even let them know that we would be willing to work with them on the pricing since the bill has been outstanding for so long. Unfortunately no response was ever made to us and it has come to this.
This post obviously makes it very likely that we will never see any of this money, but it is basically to warn other plugin providers that SammySmack.com may use bandwidth that they never intend to pay for, and to proceed with caution. I think in an industry like ours we need to look out for each other, as we don't really have the ability to initiate collections procedures as other businesses could. I really don't care if this post falls right off the page with no response at all from SammySmack, it needed to be done. |
havent seen them post here in a while

That's no good.. Here's a bump for you guys..

Puma, if your looking for a collections agency that can handle adult, let me know. The one I use will handle it and also has in-house counsel should the matter escalate to that point, all on contingency basis.
WG |
Might take you up on that WG, in talking to other Plugin providers this kind of thing is definitely becoming more and more common.
I was contacted very promptly by SammySmack.com after posting this thread and the outstanding balance was paid in full. This matter is now closed, thanks guys. |

Never personally had a problem with Sammy or her Husband, Sorry to hear this hope it gets resolved, But as everyone always says
There is TWO sides of the story |

Yep your right Satan always two sides but I personally don't care to air mine in public. Glad we could finally get down to the "ACTUAL" amount we owe and get it cleared and put this behind us.

Is the following true or isn't it?... Quote:
If you're not prepared to share your side of the issue then maybe it would have been best to just leave it at what Puma said... "The matter is closed" |
What Sammy and Brett are referring to is that they made two payments that were showing as still outstanding on our statement. We did some research and found that because they made these payments from a different corporation they were not credited correctly to their account. This was adjusted immediately on the statement, and Brett paid the balance (around $1800) by ePassporte immediately. We are glad to put this behind us and move on.
|
The amount of the bill was not agreed upon. We made payments that didn't get credited to our account. I just found out now that we paid those bills from a different corp then what they had on file. Neither side could agree on the amount due. E-mails and ICQ's were sent to people that were not in charge and a lack of communication was definitely to blame. The matter is taken care of.

To bad it had to come to that.
