I spoke with them about over a year ago. Perhaps they have changed but at the time they wanted money before they would engage in a civil discussion. I declined. Now I receive e-mail press releases from them a couple times a year.
Interestingly enough, they sent me a text message a couple days ago saying an investor was interested in my site and I need to update my account, which is odd because on the phone the guy told me it would cost a couple thousand dollars for me to even be listed in their investor database. I never created an account.
Like I said, this was over a year ago that I spoke with them. I wouldn't mind any agent or broker working out deal for me and then taking a cut when the deal is done, but to ask for money up front just to be listed in a database . . . that seemed a bit like a sucker's ride.
If things have changed I'd love to engage in a civil disussion.
