Yup, sure is. You can get the script alone with a nice batch of vids from perfect gonzo and oc cash, but I am offering a fully designed site including custom logo and about 8,000 more videos from 14 other sponsors. I have a simple form you fill out telling me what your refcodes are for each sponsor and I do everything else.

I'm working my ass off on developing a tube type script ;) just tacking on ajax ratings and tracking down a couple more reported bugs.
If you can think up some ways to improve my script I'll get them added as quickly as possible.
The best part of my script is I'm designing it COMPLETELY for high traffic sites. I have a shitload of query caching in place so you will be able to get HUGE without spending insane amounts of cash on servers.-- QUOTE ME IT MAKES ME FEEL SPECIAL --Comment

I think a better question is what sponsors are going to provide you with content for your tube site? I am not talking about 30 second or 2 min clips, but long videos for you to display on the tube site. If you post all short clips from the sponsors then you basically have a mpg.
Unless you go buy tens of thousands of dollars in your own content, or you use user submitted content, then individuals (affiliates) are going to need sponsors to provide what they need.

Well, first off, my version of a tube site is playing 30 second clips. Fuck that 15 minute video bullshit.
and that does NOT make it an mgp. The videos are auto play on their own page as soon as you hit the thumb. There's no gallery wrapped around it. No waiting. Hit the next clip link and you are watching another 30 second clip.
I have run mgps and never surfed them. i find myself surfing my tube sites all the time. The random clip link is pretty fun. Also, in the short time I've been doing this, surfers seem to love it. Average page views per visitor is way above any mgp I've ever had and so is return traffic.
The bullshit tube sites are sucking up massive amounts of our dumb surfers everyday, but there's still plenty left out there that haven't been tainted and when they see my sites, they love them.

i know a mgp is a page with 4 short clips on it, etc etc etc. and what a tube site is.
when i say it is a mgp, i mean that is how surfers will look at it. Meaning it provides the same amount of content as a mgp. MGP/TGPs aren't becoming obsolete because of the page format, they are because they offer a fraction of the content that tube sites provide.
no "tube site" with 30 second clips will ever amount to anything more than a mgp will.

If you're looking at having OTHER people host video's I have around 1k 60 second or less clips sitting on my media archive.
Use the adult import in this package:
