anybody here know anything about AOL's network?

when somebody makes a post on USENET the message has an ID like <[email protected]>

i'm interested in the part that comes after the @ sign. The 'mb-cg' part. Does that tell you where in the country the person is posting from somehow?

yes but only someone from AOL can tell ya that and the first part points directly to the user
