Best mailing list software?
 

Just wondering what everyone uses for mailing list software.

A friend of mine wants me to set up one for his store to send out monthly sales flyers and newsletters.

I was looking at phplist. Is this any good?

Don't mind paying for it, but I don't want anything too complicated because I want them to be able to handle the mailing after I set it up for them. Just want it to automatically handle removal requests, etc.
