Is this like a ePassporte thingy? What's their URL? :)

After Shock Media 11-26-2007 05:05 AM

The url would be thus http://www.payoneer.com/

Oddly any tom, dick, or harry could be giving out refillable debit cards. Guess the main problem would be that you would get one from each sponsor. That is unless that company is a bit different. I only know this cause I was honestly looking into offering my own visa card to everyone in my program. Then I figured who would want a special card good just for one program. Then I thought well maybe I could get a few other sites to get together and we all use the same card and one person or company would handle the loading and issuing of said cards. That would of been a big hassle so alas I dropped the idea.

After Shock Media 11-26-2007 05:08 AM

Reading their FAQ looks like anyone with a bank account, or debit card can load this. The spending limits and such also look nice. Do not see any real peer to peer abilities but someone will come up with that I am sure. This looks very promising.

I think a US sponsor can obtain one for you and ship it to you to use abroad.

Yet who knows maybe a deal has been struck and the TOS just has not been updated yet to reflect a special deal where people outside of the US can get the cards.

Standard Payoneer account is US only.

But for AWE affiliates, it's world wide :thumbsup

Damian_Maxcash 11-26-2007 05:47 AM

It has clever pricing - but actually works out more than epass in many areas.

I particually dont like approx $3.00 for declined ATM withdrawls

I've been thinking of adding them to the moviedollars program.

I'm waiting on more demand from my webmasters before moving forward.

So, if you promote MovieDollars/HotMovies and you want to be paid via Payoneer, let me know.

Have a great day

Enjoy your card! ;)

and yes, if you're an AWEmpire affiliate and the card is issued on our behalf, the country restrictions don't apply to you.

Hi,
Our URL is payoneer dot com - however PLEASE keep in mind that country restrictions are different for those registering through the general site as opposed to through a partner (such as AWEmpire). If you are based outside the USA you will only be able to order your card through one of our partners, keep in mind that a number of our partners subsidize the cost of cards so you are often better off ordering a card through a partner.
Warmest regards,
Lee.

Hi,
There seems to be some confusion as to where we send the card.
If someone applies through the generic payoneer site they have to reside within the US.
HOWEVER, country restrictions do not apply for anyone coming through a partner site.
Warmest regards,
Lee.

Hi,
I'm not to sure where you're looking that you have a figure of $3.00 for declined ATM withdrawals. The cost for a declined withdrawal is $0.90 as is stipulated on both our generic and partner sites.
Regards,
Lee.

It states that when a withdrawl is requested that the fee is charged at the time of the request.

The fee for a decline is .90 when it is declined.

The url is http://www.payoneer.com/Pricing.aspx

If I got this wrong then sorry - but I am affraid we are used to looking closely at wording here :)

Hi, currently no support through ICQ (though thats a good idea) - we do though have phone, email and Live Chat support - Live Chat will probably be the best idea for you, somehow I'm thinking phone calls are not that cheap in Mongolia and emails may be a delay. :)
BTW can I just say 6-month vacation - I am absolutely green.
Warmest regards,
Lee.

Hi Damian,
I can unequivocally state that if there is a decline at an ATM we charge no more than $0.90. The $2.15 charged for a withdrawal is NOT applied. :)
Decline at ATM = $0.90
Warmest regards,
Lee.
