unfortunately new england is going to hand philly their ass tonight

i hate to say it but the philly chance at upset is about as good as LC getting elected president of the usa.

Shagbunny 11-25-2007 06:35 PM

only question is by how much, 22?

Spunky 11-25-2007 06:35 PM

By atleast 2 td's

PurrrsianPussyKat 11-25-2007 06:38 PM

Yeah!!! Go NE! :D

seeric 11-25-2007 06:59 PM

couple tds maybe.

philly has started off not to crappy, but lets see how they meltdown like usual in the 3rd.

farkedup 11-25-2007 07:00 PM

I say by 25+ and yeah I'm watching it and it hasn't really taken off yet... Philly won't hang around for long. I call the first quarter 4 down territory just to keep brady off the field.

seeric 11-25-2007 07:35 PM

wow where did this philly team come from. i am not so embarrassed yet. i hope they don't fall apart in the 3rd quarter.

McNabb is a loser.
Need I say more?

starpimps 11-25-2007 07:48 PM

-24.5 was alittle sketchy, usually see that in college games but nfl its rare

swoop 11-25-2007 07:51 PM

i'm glad to see my team playing well. i just hope we keep the same type of offensive plays and it could be a great game up until the last series of plays

he needs to be put out to pasture. that ankle is never gonna heal anyhow. it will continue to be a problem. they might as well get rid of him now while they have a qb that can go up against a team like NE and have the confidence he does now.

CDSmith 11-25-2007 08:15 PM

1st point --- I don't think NE is used to this kind of pass rush and near vise-like defense. 3 sacks on Brady already... yes indeed, where DID this philly team come from?

2nd point --- When are the Eagles going to wake up and realize the writing on the wall? Last year, in the first few weeks with McNabb they weren't looking all that great. Then he got injured and in steps Garcia and they end up with a winning season and a very respectable record. Then this year they boot Garcia, allowing golden boy McNabb to step back into his supposed "rightful place" and what.... they're back to being a mediocre (at best) team.

Now tonight, no McNabb, and bam... the team comes alive again. I don't know, does one have to be a nookular fizzysist brain surgeon to figure out what they need to do to win?

3rd point --- Fuck it, NE still needs to put up 4 TD's in the 4th to beat the spread and win it for me in the pools. :D

yah man, i was thinking that earlier on the mcnabb in = bad out = better thing. his days are numbered.

farkedup 11-25-2007 08:47 PM

I've always thought that mcnabb is overrated... Something about him being a racist whiny bitch makes me dislike him

TampaToker 11-25-2007 08:52 PM

Great game so far :thumbsup

seeric 11-25-2007 08:54 PM

oh god this is looking better for LC to be president too. :(

go philly, hopefully this is not too good to be true.

baddog 11-25-2007 09:22 PM

they will beat the spread, that's all

TampaToker 11-25-2007 09:35 PM

Pats should of lost that game. They got a free td at the end of the second half.
Why oh why did they not review that...

Wrong. Both of his FEET were in. It looked like his knee was out of bounds but his 2 feet hit the ground already and he had control of the ball.

Shagbunny 11-25-2007 09:36 PM

i was waaaaay off on philly, props to them

They should of reviewed it. It was a questionable catch.....

kovacs 11-25-2007 11:12 PM

There was some surprise that they didn't call to review it, but I looked closely at the replays too and I'll have to agree with you, both his feet were in and he had control of the ball.

Even on review, that's what they would have found.

AWH - Phil 11-26-2007 02:05 AM

It proves that they can lose. The only question is which team can hand it to them.

Ravens
Steelers
Jets
Fins
Giants

Steelers or Giants have the best chance.

The fins is week 16 that would be perfect :winkwink:
