Is it normal for them to take more than a day to open and answer a ticket? I tried live chat online and got no response as well.
I know calling is an option but I'm wondering if this is the norm for their online support. |
If it's something important, you always need to mark it as such, and if it's very important, you have to call.
Reflected is the only host I've worked with where email tickets were more accurate, and faster than the phone support. |
I don't know as I always call them and get someone on the phone instantly.
The tech Adrian especially gives good phone. |
Used online support to get something done, the tech told me to make a ticket and it got done rather quickly.
