I was in Ukraine before. The only place that is equal to USA prices is Kiev center square. And that's all for tourists.

I'm sure the famed Russian quality makes it a bargin.

one and half year ago i was in Ukraine and at that time it was so cheap but now what i am looking OMG ....

it started to grow since 2001, 25k apartment now is 250k.... it's hi deman here, the only more or less good infrastructure its here in Kiev.

Every country will have good houses and bad. If thats the best the Ukraine has to offer than yes I still thin Ukraine is cheap.
