There is ZERO reason to bypass the law and issue warrantless searches.

If they have credible evidence something illegal is taking place all they have to do is call a judge and he will issue a warrant over the phone on the spot. This has worked for years and years..

Ever had a cop ask to search your car ? ever said no ? they will get a warrant and search your car. Have you ever ever heard of someone that gets pulled over that doesnt consent to a search that is allowed to just leave ? won't happen. The only reason it would happen is if the judge giving out the warrant doesnt think the cop has probable cause.. thus they shouldnt be searching..

I have been searched several times when it was not legal and I know my rights but every time I said "fuck my rights, this looks like it will only get worse if I demand my rights". And based on what happened to other people who demanded their rights, I was fucking right!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

In poor neighborhoods where people can't afford lawayers they are not going to say shit about their rights. They are simply going to hope the police don't find anything and then leave them alone.

first the FBI and CIA do not need warrants now it is local police. These arent even baby steps that they are talking to take away your rights. All because people think "well if you have nothing to hide" do not realize that with laws like these you will need to hide more and more and more of things that were once legal to have.
