What are designers charging for full time work now a days? Just curious.

and a bump for designers looking for work

really depends on responsibilities, expectations, exclusive status etc etc

but for any good full time "designer" I would say anywhere from 35k up to 100k give or take benefits...


quality of work, management skills, universal know how, conversion knowledge is a key.. it really all depends on what both the designer and the program bring to the table...
