Is this normal?

Dear ePassporte Account Holder,

For security purposes, ePassporte has recently modified the functionality of your Account. Below is a list of changes which will take effect immediately:

1. You may only receive money from the Sponsor that you obtained your ePassporte Account from.
2. You will not be able to purchase ePassporte Gift Accounts.
3. Any requests to raise your ePassporte Limits must be communicated to ePassporte by your Sponsor.

SO IF I WORK FOR TWO OR THREE SPONSORS I SHOULD HAVE TWO OR THREE EPASS ACCOUNTS AND I SHOULD PAY THEM 60$ MORE FOR NEW VISAELECTRON CARDS.
IS THERE AN ALTERNATIVE FOR EPASS PLEASE LET ME KNOW

I'm telling you guys right now, get the fuck out of epassporte. I'm waiting for a simple answer to a simple question (again) and still haven't gotten it. I'm sure they are too busy or accidentally deleted my contact again, but these guys are definitely going to fuck everyone sooner or later even if they don't mean to do it.

Payagent cards are nearly ready. We hope to have the internal testing done this weekend. If all goes well we should be able to provide cards as early as next week.
