Epic Cash operates more than 50 paysites, and the sale includes all assets, existing traffic, email databases, 17 remote servers and a database of 12,000 affiliates.

"I want to get out of the biz. I made my money, time to move on," Epic Cash CEO Trey told XBIZ.

Content for the sites comes from outside vendors, and those contracts are included. According to Trey, 80 percent is purchased and 20 percent is exclusive. Epic Cash has five employees who work remotely.

"I can provide financials for the last five years, no problem, and tax returns," Trey said. "The cams alone in rebills are worth $2 million easy over the course of a two-year rebill period."

Yes it could be.

IF you have the resources to put behind it. You have to overcome the bad PR issue. But with a back end with years of material, there are so many ways you could milk it for another few mil over the next couple years, and sell it again.

That is not even getting IN TO the cams revenue portion.
