Warning - Do not use epassporte
 

Epass had my account locked a week ago or so and have yet failed to inform me why, I have sent them documents 4 times and they reply with a standard pre-written message that I have to send documents every time. The support has been very bad and the lack of information very unprofessional.

I will phase out my use of epassporte and look for other services over the next few months.

Any suggestions? My requirements are that they will accept adult content B2B transactions.

Search threads on GFY for eoass releated threads. A great rep from Epass often posts here and has taken care of every issue I have ever had. Kizer sosa I think he goes by.

The fact is that Epassporte has very bad support and I really hope for you epass rocks! claimers that you will be needing their support anytime soon too to expirience yourself how it is to deal with them..

Yes its true Epass rocks! when you got no problem.. But when suddenly your wired money is still not in your account, or your account gets locked for some uknown reason you're really set to a very insecure position taking many weeks phone calls and emails to get it solved and thats just not right. Not for any business and specially not for one that handles peoples money.

I'd like to add that if epassporte would manage to get their support running better it would be a great company to work with as the rest of their services are very good.

Hmm im from Sweden too and i checked out that company who "owns the material" Companyname: Draco Media... there are no company with that name in Sweden.

I´d like to trust people, have never been scammed here at GFY before. Ive made like 10-15 deals over the months! So the most of the people at GFy are for real!! Keep it up!

people have constantly posted on GFY about how if you change any of your account info on epassporte be prepared to go through their verification gauntlet. Once you've been verified by them then its pretty much smooth sailing from then on out.

Epassporte is the most unsecure shit I saw online, now they allow transfers just from the sponsor who created your account :)
They should get some security school from solid systems like webmoney or fethard instead of applying these crap limits.

i havent have problems with ePass

I've had a couple of small issues with Epass. Nothing that couldn't or hasn't happened before with my bank.

Support straightened it out very quickly. In one case, faster than my bank did.
